i do, i do, i do, live always wins - christian books

Extract from I DO, I DO, I DO, LOVE ALWAYS WINS

Experiencing ups and downs in your marriage? Marriage in general has highs and lows. In I do, I do, I do, Love always wins, by Patricia Gault, is a love story that has twists and turns! It is a personal testimony about how God restored Pat’s marriage.

I Do; I Do; I Do falls into the testimony book genre. It is a memoir, a powerful story of love and forgiveness in the midst of betrayal and heartache. It is written primarily from a wife’s perspective. The strength of this book is the story itself of marriage restoration – all the more amazing because it is true.
This book is intended for those who find their marriages are in trouble, but who still love their spouses, and wish to find an alternative route to the finality of divorce …  also if divorce has already taken place – this book is for you. And this book is to give hope to those who are in despair – whether you are people of great faith, of little faith, or of no faith at all.
I am still confident of this:
I will see the goodness of the LORD in the land of the living. Wait for the LORD. Be strong and take heart. Wait for the Lord. (Ps. 27:13-14)
These verses have been marked in my Bible over eleven times within a period of twenty years.
God’s promises are worth waiting for, even when His timetable doesn’t match our own expectation or desires.

‘For Those Being Crushed’
by Camilla Olim

Here is a preview of Camilla Olims’ book, For Those Being Crushed, soon to be published. This book is intended to encourage, equip and persuade Christians to confront what may be our biggest ‘social justice’ blind spot – abortion.

Acknowledging that our silence has, to some degree, equated to complicity, it also proposes that the Church has a vital part to play in turning the tide on an issue close to God’s heart. This book uses Scripture to demonstrate that abortion matters to God and therefore, it should also matter to us.

‘This book – clear and challenging, passionate and persuasive, well-researched and well written – should change our attitudes and actions. Revd Canon J. John and Evangelist comments.

‘Nicodemos You Must Be Born Again’
by Pastor Abraham

Get a sneak peek at Pastor Abraham’s new book, ‘Nicodemus you must be born again’ which is soon to be published and available for purchase. This book is a complete self-interpreted message to the children and the men of God, who have been in ministry for many years, claim to be doing well in ministry, but still need to be born again.

Some have promoted themselves to Bishops, Apostles, Pastors, Prophets and Evangelists and are still looking forward to what would make them great in the sight of men but in the sight of God they are Nicodemus who needs to be born again of water and of the Spirit in JESUS’ name for the remissions of their sins.

This is a must read especially for our leaders of today.

an understanding of jesus christ, in the names of romans - christian books

Extract from the Author John Lloyd’s Book

An Understanding of thou Jesus Christ in the Name of Romans by author John Lloyd.
Jesus Christ had so many stories to tell, and a message which resonates down through the centuries. But there’s always one story which Jesus never told any of His followers… his own.
In A Western Understanding of Jesus Christ, John Lloyd tells this story. From the adventures of young Jesus to the work of His disciples in he last year of His life, John takes us through the places and people that took it upon themselves to carry out the work of Jesus. With an original and creative style, John presents a fresh take on one of the greatest stories ever told.

“Pontius Pilate gets to the property with the Roman guard the Praetorian outside, and sees 500 Italians holding a white lower, and a candle outside. And goes in the property and says to St Peter with his beard shaved off. “I can now see your face, and now the Roman well see you Peter, and hear you!” then St Peter said in Roman Italian Latin. “the time now Pontius has come for Rome to see me, blessed is the Roman Italian, who is with candle in one hand, and a white flower in the other, as God the Almighty Down in the End!” And then St Peter said these words, “that it is said, Pontius that you will make a Roman god, within this month!” and then said “you must keep your distance from me, or you will get into trouble, so I will see you in the senate, and hopefully I am not going to get killed in the next couple of days by a punishment!” and then Pontius Pilate said, “Goodbye Peter, see you there.” and then Pontius Pilate leaves the room, of the Roman property and leaves in an carriage and horses. “
